5 DAYS OF WELCOME GOODNESS...


Missed welcome fair last year?! well, we're back and bigger than ever before. welcome to FIVE days of clubs & socs, freebies and goodies, food and drinks, memories and moments and so much more...

.

We’re kicking things on Monday 20th September at 12pm and not stopping until Friday 25th September, We’ve also themed each day to suit your Welcome needs!

 

Monday - Academic Focus

 

Your chance to get to grips with studying LSE, from stalls on how to use the library to joining some amazing career based societies we got you covered. There will also be recruiters across all industries 

 

Tuesday - Home Away from Home

Did you know over 60% of students from LSE are international? Today we celebrate the amazing cultures joining LSE. Expect exciting food, our international societies and live performances 

 

Wednesday - Wellness Welcome

From sports club showcases, fitness classes and activities to ways to look after your mental health and how we can support you during your time at LSE, Wednesday is all about you and making self-care is a priority.

 

Thursday - Find Your Fun

Find your tribe! This is your chance to speak to one of many student-led societies and find out how you can get involved. From bee-keeping to bellydancing, there really is something for everyone.

 

Friday - Make a change

LSESU has a rich history in campaigning for change and social justice and Friday is your chance to find how you can make a difference during your time at LSE.

 

 

Covid Restrictions

In an effort to keep us all safe we have put a few things in place.

Masks - We're asking everyone who comes to the fair to wear masks, unless of course if you are exempt. Please don't worry if you forget yours, we will have some spare!

Testing - You will need to have a negative lateral flow test to enter the fair. This test must've been taken in the last 4 days. Sercurity will be checking tests on entry.

Social distancing - while there are no longer a requirement to social distance, it's been a while since we were up close and personal! Please bare this in mind when moving aroung the venue.

Access Hour

From 11am - 12pm we will be running an access hour which is for anyone with access needs.

Everything will take place in SAW SWEE HOCK STUDENTS CENTRE ON SHEFFIELD STREET.
