A student-run society that empowers members to master financial valuation techniques through hands-on modelling workshops and friendly competitions.
The Valuations Society brings together LSE students who want to deepen their understanding of valuation models and practical deal analysis. We run weekly workshops on discounted cash flow, trading comparables and precedent transactions alongside football-field charting. Members also take part in short valuation challenges and an annual Valuation Cup. Our guest speaker series will feature equity research analysts, M&A advisers and private-markets investors, providing networking and mentorship opportunities. Everyone is welcome whether you are building your first three-statement model or refining sensitivity-analysis techniques. You will be valuing like a pro in no time.
