About us

Need a break from your studies? Wanna meet others with the common interest of anime and manga? Then you've come to the right place!

Welcome to the LSE Anime and Manga Society!

Join us for our weekly events - we host internal socials such as games night or presentation night and external trips out such as to a cat cafe or comic con! We aim to foster a relaxed and inclsuive environment where you can easily make new friends! 

Whether you are seasoned anime fan, or you have never watched anime since seeing Pokemon on TV ten years ago, we would love to see you at our events!

Membership

We have a one time membership payment of £5. Purchasing a membership will allow you access to member benefits, such as discounts on trips to comic con, access to weekly socials with snacks and drinks provided and chances to win some fabulous prizes! As a member, you'll get the opportunity to interact with like-minded anime fans and you'll also meet loads of like-minded, dedicated and awesome individuals that will become your friends for life.

The LSE anime society is also apart of a wider network of London anime universitiy societies called the London Anime Union (LAU). Membership with the LSE anime society grants you access to external intercollegiate events hosted by the LAU!
