PLEASE NOTE

1. Incoming students won't be classed as current students on our system until they've completed in-person enrolment.
2. Before then, incoming students will need to create an account via the 'LSE Freshers Registration' link on this page.
3. Then, once in-person enrolment has been completed, your data should come through to us from LSE following that. *See below for an update on the issues we're currently experiencing with this particular stage.
4. From there, please log in to the website using the 'Current LSE Students' portal below from then on.
5. Once you've logged in on your current student account, you'll be able to purchase Club, Society and Gym memberships!

 

* LATEST UPDATE ON LOGIN ISSUES (02/10/25)

The 'relevant LSESU memberships' (referenced below) have now started syncing up for those students whose data we now have as of this morning (02 Oct 2025 04:41:45), too, so please check your ability to purchase Club, Society and Gym memberships again, as it should now work for the majority. If it still doesn't, please refer to the guidance below and await the remaining data that we need to pull through. NOTE: If you're Under 18 and are looking to join Clubs and Societies, please refer to the guidance here.

 

* PREVIOUS UPDATE ON LOGIN ISSUES (01/10/25)

We've now received a big transfer of new/incoming student data from LSE's system to ours as of this morning (01 Oct 2025 07:56:51), so the login issue should now start resolving itself for the most part, once the relevant LSESU memberships that are required (and therefore recognise you as a Union Member) for the purchasing of Club, Society and Gym memberships are synced up as a result. NOTE: There may still be some data that we don't have, but that should follow in the next few days as well.
