We want to hear from you! Every year, LSESU & the Eden Centre celebrate the people on campus who make your education world class. Submit your feedback so we can recognise the amazing academic work happening here in Holborn.

The Teaching Awards are your way to say thank you to the staff at LSE who have made your year incredible!

We know staff are key to your academic life in London and we want to find the inspirational academics, amazing professional staff, and best departments across the school. Current students at LSE submit nominations to recognise staff who have made a difference to them for the 2025-6 academic year.

We will welcome nominees to our awards in June to celebrate their contributions to students' education and experience here at LSE.

You can find all the  previous photos from the last year's event here. All previous award recipients can be found in the below page.

What to include in your nomination

All selection is based on the nomination comments you leave in the form. Please consider the criteria of each category when you write your nomination and explain why the member of staff deserves to win the award. Nominees may not have to hit all the criteria but consider using examples to describe what your nominee has done to deserve an accolade. You might provide special moments, amazing effort, or insightful support to illustrate your nomination. Nomination submissions must be under 1500 characters.

You can nominate multiple people and submit as many nominations as you like. You will have to do this by completing a new submission form for each new nominee.
