We have more than 250 sports clubs and societies bringing LSE students together – from faith, cultural and academic societies, to fundraising groups and student media - there’s bound to be something for everyone.

LSESU Poker Society aims to promote poker to those completely new to the game and provide a place for growth and discussion for players of all levels.

The LSESU Poker Society aims to bring together all the students of our university who are passionate about poker and intend to develop a tight-knit community of players throughout the year. We welcome players of all levels: whether you have been playing for a long time or just getting started!

By joining us this fall you are ensuring that poker is going to become a part of your life at LSE as well as meeting a lot of like-minded people who are as interested in this game as you are!

Purchasing our society’s membership will give you access to weekly poker games held on, and occasionally off, campus. It includes structured tournaments, regular cash-in games and collaborations with other LSESU societies, such as the Cocktail Society.

It will also give you an opportunity to attend poker-related guest lectures from professional speakers, as well as educational sessions for those who have just started playing or wish to improve their skills. The membership fees will go towards tournament prizes and all of the necessary equipment for us to hold interesting socials!
