We're LSESU programming, which is for students of all skill levels. Whether you've never written a line of code or you're already building your own projects, you'll find a place here.

Programming is being reshaped by AI, and the skills that matter are shifting fast. We're here to figure out what it means to build well in this new era; not by chasing hype, but by actually making things together. Across the year we run:

1. Research projects, where members team up to explore ideas, build, and learn the tools shaping the field right now.
2. Hackathons, intense and fun build-sprints where you ship something real over a weekend, no experience required.
3. Speaker events, with engineers, researchers, and founders sharing how they actually work and how they got there.
4. Cross-London collaborations, connecting with programming societies at other universities so you can meet people, share ideas, and build bigger things together.

No prior experience is needed; just curiosity and a willingness to give things a go. Come along, meet people, and build something.
