The LSESU Middle East Careers Society is focused on providing a platform for students to connect and interact with the biggest MENA employers in a broad range of industries, such as Banking & Finance, Accounting, Law and Consultancy.
We strive to hold meaningful events providing insights into working and living in the Middle East, connecting with speakers who are at the top of their respective fields, and others who have firsthand experience working in different regions.
We will also hold events in collaboration with firms directly who would like to advertise their career and internship opportunities to LSE students and allow our members to gain an exclusive understanding of the application process and hear directly from the recruiters on what they are looking for. We also hope to organise exclusive firm and office visits for members and technical skills workshops.
Becoming a member provides you with access to all of our events including guest panels, firm representatives, students who have gone through the process, applications workshops, and socials, as well as the chance to have exclusive networking opportunities and talk directly to the speakers. You will also have the opportunity to ask anyone in the society and committee for application and interview advice and preparation, as well as join the members-only group chat where you can ask whatever you want.
