Full Time Bar Supervisor (Bars and Venue)

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to join our commercial team in the LSESU Bar Team. The LSESU Bars Team provides excellent service within the Saw Swee Hock building, including The Three Tuns Bar, the Venue, and a variety of event spaces. Our team serves LSE students, staff & alumni, as well as a wide variety of external clients.

Sports Facilitator

As a Sports Facilitator, you will be required to support the day-to-day supervision and operation of the department and inclusive sport sessions, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and that they provide a welcoming environment for all participants. These roles will be the first point of contact for students engaging in the sessions, providing excellent customer service while supporting the safe operation of equipment and responding to enquiries.

Big Conversation Data and Insight Assistant

The Big Conversation is a pivotal initiative led by the LSE Students' Union (LSESU) for the 2026/27 enrollment period. As part of our innovative approach to supporting students, we collect and analyse large volumes of survey data during the enrolment period. This involves transforming complex survey responses into structured datasets that enable personalised communications and tailored support throughout Welcome and beyond.

Student Email Assistant

Support the delivery of The Big Conversation by preparing student response data and using Mailchimp to send personalised communications. You’ll work with spreadsheets, upload data, use a pre-built email template, and check that dynamic content is displaying correctly for different students. This role plays an important part in helping new LSE students feel heard, understood and connected to the opportunities and support available to them.
