The LSE Squash Club prides itself for its friendly atmosphere that welcomes players of all backgrounds and abilities. Since the recent academic year of 2019/20, the Club has introduced an internal social league to provide an opportunity for complete beginners to gain experience playing squash competitively.
Squash is easy to pick up and is a fun and effective way to keep fit. In previous years, the Club has helped to transform complete novices into experienced competitors. For those looking to play at a more advanced level, we have men’s and women’s teams that compete regularly against other London universities (the LUSL league) and against universities in the country (the BUCS league). Players are also given the opportunity to take part in experience-adapted training sessions with the Club Coach.
The Club has a close-knit community feel and we host regular socials throughout the year. Last year’s highlights included Carol and a number of Club dinners.
Whether you are looking for a new sport to help you keep fit, or have been playing squash for a number of years now, the LSE Squash Club can help to complete your university experience.
The Club has two types of membership: Competitive and Social.
