Volleyball - Give it a go!

Sports Hal, Marshall Building, B2
Our early morning Volleyball drop-in sessions will be continuing during De-stress fest with the added bonus that they will be FREE! All abilities are welcome! A great way to socialise and stay active.
Meditation
10am - 10:30am
Weston Studio, Ground Floor, Marshall Building
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable.
Beginners Only Weights
11:30am - noon
S&C Suite, Marshall Building
A session for beginners on how to exercise with free weights safely. Participants will learn how target specific muscle groups and key points on executing good technique.
The 90s ARE BACK: KARAOKE NIGHT
6pm - 9pm
The Three Tuns
The Three Tuns will host some events as part of the 90s throwback week.
Yoga (students experiencing health problems post COVID infection ONLY)
6pm - 7pm
Saw Swee Hock 6th Floor Studio
This Yoga session is specifically for any LSE students experiencing health problems post COVID infection.

Wednesday Wellbeing Walks (The Sky Garden)

Come meet up at the LSE Globe, take a walk over to the Sky Garden and enjoy the views from London's 'walkie-talkie'!
Boxfit

Every Thursday we will be running old-school sports in the Sports Hall in the Marshall building. From Rounders and Benchball, to King of the Court and Sports day, come and get involved in those games you haven’t played for years!
Outdoor Painting

A chance to get creative and take a break on the SU rooftop!
Stretch & Breathe

Learn some stretching and breathing techniques to help relieve stress.

What better way to de-stress than playing football in a giant bubble! Buy your £3 ticket and pop down to the Sports Hall in the Marshall building for 30 minutes of Zorbing. A fun and exciting way to play a bit of sport in your study breaks!

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
