This year, we're providing a FREE class for new and prospective members to join a professional yoga class with us. This is your opportunity to get to know us and see if we're the right fit for you, as well as give yoga a try. This class will take place on Zoom with an accredited and experienced instructor, with every effort taken to guarantee the same quality as an in-person class. The class will be followed by an informal chat to get to know the Committee and existing members. Our accredited and experienced instructor will provide all kinds of support for all proficiencies (believe us, we're all beginners!) in a non-judgemental and fun way. This class will allow you to relax as well as push yourself. We promise you'll leave feeling refreshed and clear-headed - and with a whole new bunch of friends to go with it!
