Dance Fit (Urban) is a group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It’s an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The Urban class will have upbeat music such as Hip Hop, Dancehall, Soca and many more genres to get your body shaking! Have fun as you gain fitness!
Begginers Lifting Club A class that teaches you exactly how to lift weights with good technique, how to make regular progress and get excellent results from your gym sessions. You want to learn in a supportive, non-judgmental environment with other people who are weight training beginners, in the same boat as you.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
