How we recruit
We want to ensure all systems, policies and processes are free from bias or discrimination and are fair and accessible, therefore we ask that all candidates complete our Application Process in two stages:
Part 1 (CV & Written Statement) is all about you telling us about your experience. Your CV should give us an overview of your work history and experience to date. Your Statement is an opportunity to highlight your stand-out pieces of relevant experience and talk in detail about your range of abilities and skills in the field of Marketing and Communications. This will be used to determine if you are shortlisted for interview.
Part 2 (Equal Opportunities Monitoring and Contact Form) is personal information – so we can contact you if you are shortlisted for the interview. It also helps us gather and analyse demographic information about our applicants. This part will only be seen by HR and will not have any impact on shortlisting. Please find a copy of the form here.
Want to apply?
To apply, please email su.jobs@lse.ac.uk with:
- A copy of your most up-to-date CV
- A copy of your written Statement (max 1500 words) outlining your experiences within the field of Marketing and Communications in detail. Refer to the “areas” and “attributes” bullet points under the Who we are looking for section to help you. Attach this as a word document.
- A completed Equal Opportunities Monitoring and Contact Form. This helps us gather and analyse demographic information about our applicants. This part will only be seen by HR and will not have any impact on shortlisting.
If you wish to informally discuss the role, please get in touch with Tasha Kotadia at n.kotadia@lse.ac.uk for more information or to arrange a chat via Zoom.
We reserve the right to close applications before the deadline should we reach a sufficient number of applicants.
