Well-being isn't a privilege, it is a basic right.

-advance and support student welfare and well-being with special awareness for experiences of students from marginilized communities 

-help the school build better a stronger support system for students' safe and secure housing 

-challenge school on its capitalist structures and intersectional blind-spots that further exacerbate inequalities to develop strategies and structures that attenuate and reentrench inequalities

-relevant experiences as member of organizing committees for international conferences on global health and liberal education

-educational/ university training and RA positions in sociology, politics and psychology of (in)equality and coexistence in Berlin, Paris, London and Cambridge

-expertise in equality and diversity issues through aritistic work as poetry slammer and and social-political engagement for +10 years nationally and internationally 

-experiences as lecturer, researcher and NGO work on diversity and equality issues in Berlin
