Break the gender wall, vote Anisha Kaul!

Hi! I am Anisha Kaul and I’m running to represent you as your Women’s Officer.

Previous Experience:

  • I was elected Secretary in the Women in Business (WIB) society. I helped reach the societies goals by adopting the “This Girl Can” attitude when promoting our women in the corporate environment.  This is demonstrated in the successful WIB Conference held this year, which helped challenge the status quo of male dominated industries.
  • I volunteered with underprivileged young girls in India in my gap year, focusing on period poverty and decided it was my turn to continue to make a difference at LSE.

How we can do better together:

  • Listen! : Listening to the women of LSE and delivering changes we need and want together
    • Utilising social media channels to vote on policies we want
    • Ensuring an open and safe environment for our women to feel heard
  • Build! : Building "girl groups" as a family system to support women across LSE
    • Establishing and delivering upon mentorship channels and support networks to create community culture
  • Collaborate! : Partnering with different societies and charities to improve the outreach of the work we do at LSE
    • Empowering our initiatives through the collaboration with different societies such as “Hands Off” initiative to spread the female voice
