Year in, year out, student’s voices have fallen upon deaf ears. We pay thousands in the hopes of achieving a world class education, yet, with rising rents, expensive public transport and the lack of a student voice, it can seem as though our money is being wasted.

But it doesn’t need to be this way. We can campaign for change and we can work together to improve student conditions. If you back me for NUS Delegate, I can pledge to you that I will change this with these 3 promises:

 Student Voice - Student concerns are rarely taken seriously by those in power. I promise that if you select me to be your representative, I will hold weekly meetings in the run-up to the conference for you to voice concerns that you want tackled.

 Cost of Living - Maintenance Loans don’t come close to covering rising accommodation rents. If elected, I will push for increased support for students whose loans do not fully cover their accommodation fees.

Public Transport - Bus and Tube fees eat into student savings’. If nominated, I will work alongside both the Student Union and NUS to campaign for subsidised public transport.
