YOU CAN`T SPELL NUS WITHOUT MASTURA OMAR!
Hello fellow LSE students,
My name is Mastura Omar, a third year Politics and History student, and I am excited to be running for the position of NUS delegate at LSE. Drawing on my past experiences as an NUS delegate and my involvement in diverse student organizations, I understand the vital role that student representation and advocacy play in our academic lives. As your NUS delegate, I will advocate for:
1. Inclusivity and Diversity: I am passionate about fostering a more inclusive academic environment where every student feels heard, respected, and valued.
2. Mental Health Support: Mental health is at the core of our overall well-being, and I will work to ensure that our university prioritizes accessible and effective mental health support for all students.
3. A Safe Learning Environment: A secure and supportive learning environment is essential for our academic success. I will actively nurture and support initiatives that contribute to a safe campus culture, free from discrimination, harassment, and any form of harm.
Vote for Mastura Omar as your NUS delegate, and let us drive the change we envision.
Thank you.
