For the last three years I have worked to make LSE a more inclusive space, but there is still much to do.
Time
Lobbying for a sustainable work-life balance.

Weekends should be protected, as days of rest, when setting deadlines.

Consulting with departments to ensure that students are not overwhelmed by workloads and expectations.

Pursuing graduation celebrations for 2020/21 graduates.
Mental Health
Access to meaningful support remains low.

Lobbying for more counselling sessions.

Establishing and supporting community groups for shared experiences, e.g QPoC.
Neurodivergence and Disabilities.

Zero tolerance of sexual abuse at LSE, with greater implications for harassment at LSESU events e.g Zoo.

Encouraging diverse locations for social events, for accessibility.

Finding a way to report bullying, harassment and abuse through clear, accessible and sensitive channels.
