Being a 2020-2021 LSE student, I am experiencing and witnessing the YEAR of CHANGE in university learning. I indeed understand there are more needs to be met, and more requests to be made. Therefore, I am here to stand to become a Community and Welfare Officer: to voice, to reflect, to negotiate your concerns with the LSE.

1. Improve LSE MENTAL HEALTH services to better tailored to students' needs (availability, counselors' empathy training, intercultural competence to better serve the diversities).

2. Remote learning satisfaction: a detailed plan to help facilitate students' REMOTE LEARNING experience.

3. Ensure Rights being protected, Requests being heard.

4. A more promising #partof (ZOOM) LSE belonging: Do you ever feel that because of ZOOM school, you are being abandoned by the LSE community even though paying the same amount of money and trying your best to cope?. You are still one of us! I would like to develop a campaign with SU to maximise your belonging to the LSE community--to make LSE under the pandemic still the best place to connect

5. Encourage the school to set up special welfare programs and community bonding strategies to support students to undergo hardships.

6. Suggest Alumni-reconnection supports and activities for graduates whose LSE study was harmfully influenced by the pandemic.
