A society dedicated to raising student satisfaction. Petanque (known in English as French balls, or French Game of Boules), is a very popular game in the South of France, around Canterbury (according to google), and in some parts of Thailand (if we believe what a Thai friend told us). It consists in throwing steel balls as close as possible to a target (called Cochonet).

Relaxed atmosphere, banter guaranteed (see our Cochonet Officer), all abilities welcome, from the professional player with a Marseille accent, to the beginner who throws balls at random.
