Information on the class:
During this holistic class you'll burn kcals whilst achieving longer, leaner muscles using a combination of uni-lateral strength exercises, yoga and ballet barre. You'll learn sequences that you can perform anywhere with virtually no equipment, you'll build core strength and balance out the strength and flexibility in your WHOLE body, preventing injury and achieving a good posture all to a playlist to suit everyone. Come and have fit fun, leave feeling energised and poised. Suitable for all ages, sexes and abilities.
