The Arbitration Moot Court Competition

The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) LSE SU and International Arbitration Society LSE SU would like to invite you to participate in the Arbitration Moot Court Competition taking place at the LSE on the 13th February 2019, from 15:00-18:00. 

The competition is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as outside-LSE students who are interested in engaging practically with International Arbitration and showcasing their oral advocacy. While it is of particular interest to students who have completed the IAS – ELSA Arbitration Academy, please note that participation inthe Academy is not a requirement for entry in the competition. 

Interested students can sign up as part of a team of 2-4 or individually. The individual applicants will be grouped into teams by the ELSA VP of Academic Activities after the sign up deadline (31 January 2019) and notified of their teammates on the same day. Once you purchase your individual ticket, please ensure that you then email us at academicactivities.lse@uk.elsa.org, specifying either that you are an individual applicant in need of a team or the composition of your existing team. 

We are also very excited to announce that the competition will be followed by a reception (17:00-18:00) where there will be an opportunity to network with the practitioners invited to be part of the judging panel.
