Who is LSESU RAG?

LSESU RAG stands for Raising and Giving, and that's exactly what we do. We are a team of LSE students dedicated to fundraising for charities, and we are one of the fastest growing RAG societies in the UK, having in the past raised up to £200,000 in a year. We raise money for a number of amazing causes, so you know that the funds from your Freshers' Week not only mean you get to have a good time, but the funds go to people who need them most.

However, we're more than just the RAG Band! Follow us on social media for the countless ways you can be involved throughout the year, from small one-off fundraising events to our challenges, including marathons and hikes in Mount Kilimanjaro and Everest!

No RAGrets is only for returning LSE students (no other UoL students please!), so you can buy one if you are going into your Second or Third year, or continuing your Postgraduate degree!

LSE Students' Union and any third party providers chosen venues reserve the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any terms and conditions of the event. The venue may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable period in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment may be prohibited in specific venues, customers must abide by the venue’s rules and regulations. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except service dogs) and patron's own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).

The LSE Students' Union does not deliver tickets unless clearly specified on our website within the product page. Physical tickets are to be collected from the LSE Students' Union when available, alternative e-Tickets may be made available if and when required.

Cancellations

It is the customer’s responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged activity. If an activity is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the third party provider. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the activity.

Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular activity, if an activity is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered tickets at any rescheduled activity (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled activity or the activity is not rescheduled, a refund to the proportionate cost of the cancellation

Cancellation of events is always a last resort; where possible the LSE Students' Union will attempt to make suitable alternative arrangements.
