Information on the class:
Come and join us at Beginners Yoga to learn more about the practice and get to grips with the fundamentals of yoga. This class is specifically for beginners, so if you have never tried yoga or want to improve, this is the perfect class for you.
This is a low key, slow flow class, inviting you to get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing and no shoes or socks during the class.
You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one from the studio.
