The LSESU Exec Committee is key in setting the strategic direction of the Students' Union. It is made up of all Sabbatical and Part-Time Officers (Sabbs and PTOs), and is elected by our students.
The committee is chaired by the General Secretary, and meets roughly every four weeks to discuss the issues that you, our students, have told us are most important. It is a place for officers to strategise about how they might work together and use the resources available to achieve positive change for students.
Importantly, the committee includes PTOs as well as Sabbs. These students provide us with important perspectives from key student groups to ensure that our decisions are representative of the whole student body.
All minutes from Executive Committee meetings are published [here - link to minutes page] for the purposes of transparency and accountability. Should you have any questions, feedback or concerns, please reach out to any of our elected Officers who will get back to you as soon as they can. Please note that we are all extremely busy, and PTOs are still full-time students with other commitments too, so we appreciate your patience whilst we work to support you here at the SU.
