LSE is a global institution, with a global student body - and the International Students’ Officer makes sure we don’t forget it! They work to represent international students and their interests to the School and SU.
BSc Politics and Economics
I was involved in several society activities, including the Fencing Club, and got to know many people through LSESU. I was also good friends with the previous International Students’ Officer, which inspired me to run for the role.
To make LSE better known in students’ home countries, organise more events with different societies, and provide better support for international students.
Don’t worry too much about trying everything. Just find a few societies or activities you genuinely enjoy—the people you meet there will make your LSE experience much more memorable.
