How I was involved with LSESU before becoming an officer
I was a Financial Research Analyst at the LSESU Central Banking Society in my first year, and now working as a Co Head of Financial Research in my second year!
What I’m looking to achieve this year
As an LSESU Student Trustee, I look forward to ensuring that all student voices, especially undergraduates, are aptly represented at trustee board meetings. Additionally, I would like to keep the momentum going in regards to the SU’s goal of increasing the satisfaction rates of ethnic minorities and international students at SU events.
One tip for making the most out of LSE
Stop worrying! You are exactly where you need to be, doing exactly what you need to do. It’s easy to compare yourself with the amazing student body surrounding you and question your achievements in comparison to theirs. Don’t let this fear or falling short stop you from joining new societies, or explore competitive career paths. You made it here, and you will make it through!

Get really involved in charity and volunteering events! It’s an amazing way to make friends, build your CV and have a distraction from academic stress!
