How I was involved with LSESU before becoming an officer

I was on the committee of the Negotiation Society the past two years and was also involved in Debate and UN Soc! I also join Visual Arts Soc activities as much as I can.

What I'm looking to achieve this year

Liaise with various LSE departments to improve the implementation of adjustments.
Advocate for better student mental health support.
Improve informational and academic support to students with undiagnosed neurodivergent conditions.
Advocate for better physical accessibility on campus.
Reduce financial barriers to accessing disability aids and diagnoses.
And most importantly, continue listening to members of the disabled and neurodivergent community!!

One tip for making the most out of LSE

It's okay if you need to do things differently than others or if your 'most' isn't as much as other people's 'most'! And don't be afraid to reach out for support — people around you are more willing to help than you realise.
