Contracts

DO you have a coach? if so, they must: 

1. Fill out and sign the Coaching contract.

• Please ask your coach/ instructor to fill out all sections highlighted in yellow and sign/ date at the bottom of the document.
• Please DO NOT SIGN the contract yourself on behalf of LSESU.
• Return contract once signed by your coach/ instructor via email to su.sport@lse.ac.uk.

2. Email a copy of their qualifications e.g. Level 2 Coaching Award Certificate

3. Email a copy of their Public Liability Insurance with a minimum level of cover at £1 million.

External facility hire contracts

If your club is booking external facilities to train at, they must fill out and sign the External Contracts Submission Form.
