This is organised for Postgrads to come by and de-stress. A free session of Yoga focusing on Yin Yoga that involves more of stretching followed by a guided meditation practice. Come and rejuvenate while you take a break from the library and your classes as LT gets to you. You could pop-in in active wear or any comfortable clothing of your choice. FYI mats and other equipment will be provided in the studio!
