Wellbeing Essentials for Students Workshop

Wednesday 23 September 2020
1pm - 3pm

Part of the LSESU Welcome Week, we introduce... Wellbeing Essentials for Students

We all have mental health, and managing your mental health and wellbeing is a key part of thriving at university. Join professional trainer Robin, from the UK mental health charity Mind, for a two hour workshop that will give you a head start.

This workshop is for all undergraduate students and explores what mental health is, how wellbeing can support mental health, where to find support and how to talk to others about mental health. After attending, students will be given access to a curated resource hub with additional tools and information.

Last year, over 85% of students who took part said they had a better understanding of mental health problems and wellbeing as a result.

Due to social distancing measures on campus there will be limited availability for this session in person, so book your place now!

There is an accessible route to the 6th Floor Studio in Saw Swee Hock via the ground floor lift. If you have any other access requirements, please email Robin at
