SPRINT 8

Is a 20-minute high-intensity interval cardio program that is designed to get maximum results in minimum time. You'll start with a three-minute warm-up, followed by 30-second sprints and 90-second active recovery periods. As you near the 20-minute mark, you'll finish with a 2.5-minute cool down.

How to get to your class

Go to the 4th floor via the staircase at reception. Once you have got to 4th floor the LSESU Level Up Fitness will be located in front of you. Go to reception to register you attendance. Your class will be located in located on the left side of the gym in the cardio area.

Please ensure you have filled in your PAR-Q before attending any class this is MANDOTORY.

Confirmation Email – Show this to the instructor/supervisor
Mat – We do provide some on site 
Water – To stay hydrated throughout session
Attire- Gym wear, minimal jewelry
