Information on the class:

Cardio, strength and intensity - this class has it all. We will work our way together through various bodyweight exercises for just 35 mins ending with some core and stretch work (15mins). Full body workout. Beginner friendly. If you want maximum results with minimum time, then see you there on Monday!

This session is part of the Active LifeStyle Class Pass. The Class Pass entitles you to all the Class Pass sessions for the term. Class Passes are only £15 and can be purchased on the https://www.lsesu.com/activelse/  Once purchased, bring your Class Pass to every session you attend.
If you don’t want to purchase a Class Pass, each session will cost £2. Please bring proof of receipt to each session.
