Looking to build your core strength? Then Pilates is exactly the class for you! Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, to helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Anyone of any ability is welcome to join us.
This is a fairly low key class, inviting you to get in tune with your body and mind whilst taking some time out for yourself to unwind.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing and no shoes or socks during the class.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, or borrow one from the studio.
From January 1st 2020, a booking system will be in place for this class. You can book up to 7 days in advance by showing your Class Pass to at the gym floor reception, located on the 4th Floor of the Saw Swee Hock Building. Due to the popularity of this class there will be a maximum of 25 places per class, therefore the booking system will work on a first come first serve basis.
Once you have booked on to this class, you will need to show your Active Lifestyle Class pass to the class instructor who will have your name on the registration list. Failure to show up pre-booked class will result in a warning- 3 strikes and you will be banned from attending this. For this reason, if you cannot attend a pre-booked class please ensure you email email@example.com stating the time and date of the class you cannot attend.
