Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance by incorporating a variety of exercises at separate stations that are repeated for short periods of time. Our Circuits class is an intermediate level, so please inform the instrcutor if you wish to participate as a beginner.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing (we recommend a t-shirt and shorts or leggings) and comfortable indoor trainers
This class is energetic and upbeat, so if you're looking for an all-round body workout this one's for you!
