Respecting is focused on acknowledgement of people and their feelings, skill, rank or ability. This is crucial in a hierarchical organisation.

Being critisised can often be a scary and upsetting experience. Here you can learn what is the best way to handle this critisism, how it should be recieved, and how you can bounce back from the experience

Beyond the Classroom: Skills Sessions

This is a qualifying session under the LSESU Leadership Accreditation.

LSESU Beyond the Classroom is an employability training programme designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop, learn and grow.

The programme offers a series of free, skills-based workshops on topics such as Managing Conflict; Public Speaking; Sponsorship; Campaigns; Event Management; and Social Media. Last year the programme received an 88% satisfaction rate from attendees and we put on a number of brand new sessions such as First Aid; Sign Language; and Coding. Sessions have been delivered by leading charities and companies, such as EY, the ONE Campaign, Teach First, and experienced advisers from LSE Careers and LSE Students’ Union.
