iFemSoc aims to be both a safe place for womxn and non-binary people as well as a powerful and unifying force on LSE campus. We'd really like to help make a supportive community of like-minded people, which can also be used as a platform to highlight for the issues that affect women and non-binary people of all races, genders, able-bodiedness and sexual orientations. We pride ourselves on our focus on inclusivity, diversity, community and empowerment.
We've got a really exciting line-up this year which includes womxn focussed club nights and socials aimed at inclusion and education; Self-care Sundays; an online magazine or “zine”; a line up of panellists and speakers and International Women’s Week events. Our launch event in mid-October is focused on building a community of people passionate about womxn’s empowerment whilst also providing the opportunity to express themselves through multiple mediums in the workshops on offer.
