LSESU Level Up Fitness offers a wide variety of facilities to provide LSE students and staff with an enhanced fitness experience including the Endurance Series Cardio Range, functional training area and brand-new strength and conditioning suite.

BEFORE YOU ENTER THE GYM...

  1. You MUST fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionairre.
  2. If you need an induction email su.gym@lse.ac.uk to book it.  

important Gym updates

Women's Only Hour

From w/c 26th September, we will be running Womens' Only Hour in Level 4 Gym (SAW). The S&C Suite (MAR) will be open as usual during these hours. We will also be doing a Women's Only Circuit Class and WO Weights Session during these hours too!

Tuesdays (11am - 12pm) 

Fridays (4pm - 5pm)

BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE FRIDAYS!

Reminder: Every Friday in term time, all LSESU Gym members can bring an LSE friend/ colleague for free! Just sign them in at Reception!
