Here is the place to meet new people, have fun and enjoy the sport!

Trainings

Competitive Men’s Team: We compete in the national BUCS league. We have weekly 2h coached training sessions on Sat. 8-10am (alternating with Sat. 10am-12pm) and a Strength & Conditioning session. Commitment to trainings and games on a regular basis is expected. Members of the Competitive Men’s Team have access to all socials, tournaments, friendly games, and trips.

Competitive Women’s Teams: We have the 1st and 2nd Women’s team. We compete in the national BUCS league. The 1st Women’s Team has weekly 2h coached training sessions on Sat. 10am-12pm (alternating with Sat. 8-10am) and a Strength & Conditioning (S&C) session. Members of the Competitive Women’s Teams have access to all socials, tournaments, friendly games, and trips.

Competitive Mixed Teams: We have 2 competitive mixed teams. The 1st Mixed team consists of players who also play in the competitive Women’s and Men’s teams (hence no explicit tryouts for this team) and competes in the London-based LUSL league. The 2nd Mixed team also competes in the LUSL league and consists of players who aren’t part of the competitive men’s and women’s teams. The 2nd mixed team trains Fri. 6-8pm and also has access to the S&C sessions. Commitment to trainings and games on a regular basis is expected. Members of the 2nd competitive mixed team have access to all socials, all mixed team-based tournaments, friendly games and trips.

Social Team: The Social Team is for everyone who wants to learn how to play volleyball or who doesn’t want to compete. There are no tryouts for the social team; everyone regardless of level and experience can join. The Social Team has a 2h coached training session on Mon. 2-4pm. While everyone is always welcome to join the trainings, there is no expectation in going on a weekly basis (or at all).
