Importance of Financial Statements & Measuring Performance.
Micro-enterprises and MFIs deal with specific financial statements. In non-accounting and simple language, this session will enhance understanding of profit/loss accounts and balance sheets. Touching on the financial structures and outreach indicators, the session will indicate ways to evaluate the overall financial performance of MFIs and consider key concepts of efficiency, productivity, risk and liquidity as well as Sustainability and Profitability.
