Information on the class:
Sweat 45 is a high intensity workout based in our 4th floor Gym. You will used a combination of floor space and treadmills to build up a sweat and test your fitness, lead by our gym instructors.
This class is open to anyone of any ability but must be booked through the gym reception.
PLEASE WEAR: Comfortable clothing (we recommend a t-shirt and shorts) and comfortable indoor trainers suitable for running.
This class is energetic and intense, so if you're looking for an all-round body workout this one's for you!
