Despite the current rise in equality in participation, women remain underrepresented in business, politics and other public spheres. So what can such an experienced leader report? Malu Dreyer is a German politician (SPD), currently serving as the eighth Minister-President of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Serving as Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, Health and Demography since 2002, she was the designated successor of Kurt Beck, who announced his resignation from the post on September 28, 2012.
