Join LSESU Student Action for Refugees and UN societies, for the fifth conference of the first ever LSE Refugee Week (generously made possible by The LSE Annual Fund).
This panel discussion will tackle the issues, challenges and opportunities of refugee integration in the UK through the perspectives of refugees as well as people with extensive experience of refugee-advocacy work. We will be joined by Zarlasht Halaimzai (Co-founder, Refugee Trauma Initiative), Forward Maisokwadzo (Media and Communications Officer, City of Sanctuary, Bristol - also helped in seting up the Exiled Journalist Network), Lisa Doyle (Head of Advocacy, Refugee Council) and Olivia Darby (Director of Policy and Campaigns, Wonder Foundation).
