Our environment is deteriorating at an unprecendented rate. Temperatures in the Arctic region remained near record highs. Fires raged for an unprecedented amount of time in Australia.
According to the BBC, Sir David Attenborough has warned that "The moment of crisis has come" in efforts to tackle climate change. So please join us in brainstorming how our university can play an integral role in this fight against climate change by achieving zero net emissions within the next 20 years. Your voice matters.
As part of Enactus LSESU's newest social project, Vita Nova, we have decided to host a Sustainability at LSE Ideation Event next week. This event aims to work with LSE community students, the Sustainable LSE Team and Enactus members to get them to brainstorm ideas(using a specific design thinking mindset) to improve environment sustainability initiatives on campus. We aim to align the objectives of the event with the objectives of the Climate Emergency Collective Campaign
