LSESU Christmas Closure and Service Changes

THE LSESU WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE CHRISTMAS BREAK FROM DECEMBER 20 TO JANUARY 2 (INCLUSIVE). 

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHANGES

Due to limited staff capacity, the following service changes have been made:

  • The Hardship Fund has been temporarily closed, effective immediately. We aim to resume this service in February. Please check our website for updates.
  • Our Housing advice service has been temporarily paused, effective immediately. We aim to resume this service in February. Please check our website for updates.

WELLBEING SUPPORT  

If you need guidance or support over the break, please visit LSE's wellbeing pages for a full list of support services, including where to access help for mental health concerns, academic concerns, campus support and more. 

If you are in need of immediate support, you can contact the 24/7 mental health support line, or find information about emergency help if you or a friend are at risk.

ACADEMIC SUPPORT  

If you have questions about assessments, please take a look at LSE’s assessment FAQs. You can also use the LSESU Virtual advisor tool. If you need academic support, you can find course guidance and information via Moodle and access Library resources online. LSE LIFE, which provides really useful resources to prepare for exams and assessments, and hosts 1:1 sessions, is also open during the break (excluding the closure period).
