What I Studied

BA Geography

How I was involved with LSESU before becoming an officer

I was secretary of Album Society (the most underrated soc!), co-president of Beekeeping in second year and Labour in third year, and I was a lead organiser for the Justice for LSE Cleaners campaign. I also spent a lot of time in tuns, going to drama soc performances and supporting other campaigns!

What I’m looking to achieve this year

Im really excited about building on Josie’s work to make sure LSE is a safe and supportive place for all. I want to make sure the SU does as much as possible to represent the demands of its campaigns, and strengthen the services provided to societies and clubs. I'm really excited to lobby for LSE to reopen the nursery that was closed during the pandemic!

One tip for making the most out of LSE

Put yourself out there! I remember in first year there were days I would need to force myself to sit in the Passfield common room and I would always end up meeting new people :) also trying your best to be spontaneous - say yes to as many motives and opportunities as you can!! The SU has so much for students - social events, advice services and campaign materials - make the most of us (please reach out to me or the other sabb officers anytime!) :)
