WHAT I STUDY

I'm in my second year studying Economics.

WHY I BECAME INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS' PTO

Having attended a state school in a socio-economically disadvantaged area, I have personally witnessed and understood the challenges that students from these backgrounds face. This experience has ignited my passion to create an empowering and uplifting environment at LSE, where students from low socio-economic backgrounds can thrive. I am determined to enhance the LSE experience to provide support and encouragement, empowering these students to realize their full potential.

WHAT I AM LOOKING TO ACHIEVE THIS YEAR

- Organise specialised career support initiatives for students from low socio-economic backgrounds
- Improve accessibility of financial support
- Encourage a community culture amongst low socio-economic students
