LEANDRO GOUGH

Lend a Hand to Save the Land

As an Ethics and Sustainability Advisor, I am committed to promoting ethical practices and sustainable solutions. I believe that we have a responsibility to care for our planet and I want to integrate this belief firmly into the LSE community, and through making ethical and sustainable choices, we can build a better future for LSE.

My role is to provide guidance and support to individuals and societies in order to create a more eco-friendly learning environment as well as one that is conscious and focused on the mental wellbeing of students. I believe that this can be achieved through education, awareness-raising, and collaboration. A focus will be placed on events such as green week but also emphasis will be put on reinforcing this message year round whether that be through polls or the option to attend activities. By working together, we can create a culture of responsibility and accountability, where ethical and sustainable practices are the norm rather than the exception.

Ultimately, my goal as an Ethics and Sustainability Advisor is to help create a world where all people and the planet can thrive. I am committed to working towards this goal, and to supporting others who share this vision
