Vote YES

I am in favour of the special resolution to amend the articles of association and I appoint the Chair as my proxy to vote YES on my behalf at the general meeting or at any adjourned meeting. I have submitted my LSE ID number by logging onto this voting portal, which I understand is required for legal reasons, and will be used to check that I am voting only once on the articles of association and that it may be used to check that I am entitled to vote. It will not be used to determine how I have voted in the elections.
